The Adactus product portfolio mainly consists of three products:

• Adactus Mobilize Server
• Adactus Reporter
• Adactus Live Reporter

Adactus Mobilize Server

Mobilize is an advanced and highly scalable content delivery platform that is developed to enable content providers and content owners to prepare their content for the new scenarios of content distribution. Mobilize takes care of the complete chain of ingesting, adapting and publishing content to the variety of formats and consumer terminals where the end user expects to browse and consume content.

Adactus Reporter

The Adactus Reporter solution gives the customer a fully integrated solution from video recording on the mobile phone, to playback on the back-end server, and is designed to make this process as optimal as possible.

The Adactus Reporter solution contains important functionality such as browsing the mobile phone’s file system for
multimedia content; Editing tools, where the videos recorded with the camera can be trimmed to remove insignificant video content; Story creation and Geographical Tagging for adding descriptive metadata to the media; A robust upload via the mobile or a WIFI network with no quality loss.

Adactus Live Reporter

The Adactus Live Reporter application is optimized to stream live video into a central workflow for live usage, postprocessing, or for instant publishing directly online.

The application actively uses the phone’s camera to capture content, wraps the video into a video stream and sends the live stream into the Adactus Mobilize Server. Once the connection between the Live Reporter client and Mobilize Server is established, the content can with minimum delay be transferred to your workflow, transcoded and published for online streaming or forwarded directly to other workflows. These processes may be rule-based or manually operated, depending on the setup on the Mobilize Server.
