The Society for News Design has named three newspapers as "World's Best Designed." The winners are: der Freitag, Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung (both from Germany) and The New York Times. Full details here.  Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung was also one of the winners in the contest for 2007. This marks the third year in a row that at least one German newspaper has been selected among the "World's Best Designed."
